                       Camargue - Figures & Forces

In this series, Heike Lin Triebel brings together horses, bulls and human figures as archetypal forces within a shared landscape.

The works are not portraits, but embodiments of movement, resistance and inner tension.

Rooted in the landscapes and symbolism of the Camargue, the figures appear suspended between control and surrender. Horses and bulls stand for instinct, endurance and vulnerability; human bodies enter the space as fragile counterweights.

Layered surfaces of acrylic, gauze and oxidation create tactile depth. The paintings explore what remains when grace meets force, and when visible form gives way to an inner state.
